Submit and track your invoice

For invoices submission and tracking, select the company you are invoicing:

Steps to join the Invoice Tracking portal

An ARIBA network ID is required to access Solvay's Invoice Tracking tool, even if you are not conducting trades through ARIBA. For detailed information, please refer to the SAP ARIBA section in our FAQ tab

Step 1: Create an ANID here

Step 2: Click on the link received by email from SAP ARIBA Network, finish your registration and log in

Step 3: After receiving your ANID, send us its number through the Supplier Inquiry.

Step 4: Select the option Invoice Tracking portal - access and support. Do not forget to list all VAT IDs you have with Solvay

Handshake

Step 5: Once the process is complete, our team will send you a confirmation. Following this, you can conveniently track the status of your invoices via the Solvay Tracking portal.
